All works are supported with full health and safety works packages, risk assessments, and any relevant in-house and external training for our staff.

Furthermore, all our staff and specialist contractors are regularly randomly tested for drugs and alcohol conforming to our strict zero-tolerance policy.

We focus on effective planning and manage all risks to ensure that working conditions are always safe, whatever the size of the site.
Services we provide are risk assessments, fire risk assessments, awareness training advice, periodic fire extinguisher and alarm testing, in-house and external training, periodic fixed wire testing, PAT testing and zero-tolerance policy.

All GFM employees are qualified in their trade and wear full uniform and carry company ID. The team receives regular health and safety training, toolbox talks and assessments. All of which are provided by our own health and safety department and management along with carefully selected external training courses.
All management and operatives are fully trained within their specific field and health and safety competent with accreditations including IOSH, Emergency at First Aid, PASMA and IPAF.
