Our real-time portal provides you with job progress, status updates, automated emails, and customisable documentation upon job starting and completion including reports, photos, risk assessments, service sheets and asset information.

The electrical installation within a commercial and space needs to be thoroughly checked at least every 5 years by a certified electrician who will test the fixed wiring within the site and advise of anything dangerous.
This is known as an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) or otherwise referred to as a Fixed Wire Test. Applicable also for tenants, landlords and business property owners.

This process is called Portable Appliance Testing (PAT). GFM can incorporate this into the inspection schedules and can manage this testing for you and issue certification instantly.
