The GFM health and safety management team is proficient in providing fully safe systems to all projects, customising them to meet our clients’ specific requirements.
All works undertaken are supported with full health and safety packages, risk assessments, and any relevant in-house and external training for our staff, with toolbox talks routinely carried out.

We ensure the appropriate operatives are carefully selected according to the nature of the job, with each individual responsible for helping to manage potential risks on-site. Risk assessments are routinely carried out and all documentation is of the highest standards.
In addition to this, all staff and specialist contractors are regularly and randomly tested for drugs and alcohol, as we have a zero-tolerance policy.
