01. All persons whose applications have been considered positive become members of the FM club.

02. A candidate becomes a member of the FM club from the moment of acknowledging his application.

03. A candidate by becoming a club member commits to purchase a starting kit of goods that is necessary for presenting the FM series products.

04. A club member either buys goods for his own needs or runs a business in his own name and at his own account as an independent entrepreneur. In the latter case, a club member is obliged to report his own business, and submit a statement that a sale of goods purchased from the FM Group UK and/or a distributor network setting up activities are in the scope of his business.

05. A member of the FM club is not an employee or an agent of the FM Group UK. Therefore he is not authorized to involve in any activities in the name or on behalf of the FM Group UK, in particular to make any commitments in the name or on behalf of the FM Group UK.

06. A member of the FM club is not an employee or n agent of his sponsor.

07. A member of the FM club is not entitled to make advantage of the distribution network of the FM Group UK for selling perfumes of other brands. Moreover he is not allowed to engage in marketing activities for the benefit of other perfumer's companies or disseminate information that maybe harmful for the FM Group UK.

08. The FM Group UK is an administrator of a database that contains personal data of all incorporated FM club members. FM Group UK processes personal data and data are necessary for settlement and cooperation with the FM Group UK.

09. The personal data of the FM club members are collected with the purpose of entering the FM club members into the English database, in order to provide opportunities to: purchase goods, set up distribution networks, make financial settlements and documents business operations as required by separate regulations, calculate rebates and bonuses and run correct documentation thereof, keep in touch with an individual distributor and his own data and to apply for the data update.

10. Each FM club member has a right to inspect his own data and to apply for the data update.

11. FM club rules that are bending on FM club member:
a) adherence to general rules that are binding on a FM club member;
b) prompt collection of shipments re effecting payments, and in case of failure to collect ordered goods-bearing consequences of that;
c) the FM Group products are not for sale in shops and markets.

12. The FM Group UK reserves the right to impose the following sanctions on a consultant who breaks the rules established by the FM Group UK, or does not fulfill the undertaken obligations, which have been described above:
a) taking away the right to recommend new consultants;
b) temporary suspension of the consultant's agreement which amounts to a loss of the right to purchase goods from the FM Group UK and a loss of the right to get bonuses and rebates from the FM Group UK during such suspension period;
c) revoking the agreement by striking such consultant's name from the database which amounts to a loss of the right to purchase goods from the FM Group UK and a loss of the right to get bonuses and rebates from the FM Group UK.

13. A member of the FM Group UK club is free to cancel his FM partnership agreement at any time by submitting an appropriate application in writing.

14. A distributor shall be obligated to purchase products for amount of £ 30 per year.

15. A distributor receiving bonuses shall be obligated to purchase products of aggregate core value not less than 50 points per month.

16. A distributor shall be obligated to sell products at catalogue prices.

17. Having given up the membership of the FM club, joining the club for he same name is shall be possible only after a lapse of another 6 months.

18. A distributor can not change his sponsor after he becomes a member of the FM club.

19. In case of distributor's death his FM club ID and his structure can be inherited by the member of his family.
